Strategic, trustworthy, local

With over 14 years of real estate experience and a strong leadership background, I bring more than just market knowledge — I bring a commitment to delivering results with integrity, energy, and care.

I’ve had the privilege of leading high-performing teams across Barfoot & Thompson, including as Branch Manager of Greenhithe and as Assistant Branch Manager at Albany, one of the company’s largest and most dynamic offices. During my time at Greenhithe, I was proud to receive the Highest Branch Engagement Score two years in a row — an award given across all 80+ branches. It reflected what matters most to me: building trust, fostering strong relationships, and leading with purpose.

Alongside leadership, I’ve stayed hands-on in sales and strategy, earning recognition for excellence in marketing with the REINZ Award for Best Multi-Media Campaign — a testament to my ability to combine creativity with commercial impact. I believe that marketing a home is about more than nice photos — it’s about telling the right story to the right audience, backed by data and driven by strategy.

Why I’m Back in Sales

After 8 years in management, I’ve chosen to return to working directly with clients. Why? Because helping people navigate big life decisions is what drew me to real estate in the first place. I want to be there — at the table, in the living room, on the phone — offering clarity, honest advice, and a tailored strategy to get the best possible outcome.

Local Knowledge That Runs Deep

I’m proud to be a product of the North Shore — raised here, educated at Westlake Boys High School, and now living just a stone’s throw from my own family home. This area has shaped me, and I know it like the back of my hand — from the schools and sports clubs to the parks, developments, and shifting market dynamics. My clients benefit not just from professional experience, but genuine local insight that only comes from living it.

Family First

Family is one of the cornerstone values of Barfoot & Thompson, and it’s one I live by. Whether it’s being present with my own kids at the dinner table, coaching on the sidelines, or supporting local families through real estate decisions, I believe in keeping people at the heart of everything I do. Real estate is not just about properties — it’s about people, and the lives that unfold within those walls.

Community Matters

Outside of real estate, I’ve always had a strong connection to my community. I served on the committee at Takapuna District Cricket Club, holding roles as Facilities Chairperson and later Senior Chairperson, helping improve club infrastructure and support local talent. I’ve also been actively involved in school and sports fundraising, local events, and neighborhood initiatives.

Whether it's helping a family find their forever home or giving back to the community that shaped me, I believe success is built on relationships, not transactions.

A Personal Touch

Clients often tell me they feel supported, not sold to. That means a lot. I’m not here for the hard sell — I’m here to listen, advise, and guide. Every home is different. Every person’s story is unique. And that’s why every strategy I create is custom-built to suit your goals, your timeline, and your peace of mind.

If you’re thinking of making a move — or just want to understand your options — I’d love to help, because
